SUMMARY
The Ezillo (or Ezilo) people are a sub-group of the Igbo ethnic group. They speak the Igbo language and reside mainly in Ishielu area of Ebonyi State in southeast Nigeria. Traditionally, Ezillo people have been subsistence farmers. In conflicts with other groups, the Ezillo have not displayed a unified command, but rather the violence has been more informally organised.
The Ezillo have been involved in the non-state category of UCDP organised violence.
