SUMMARY

The Supporters of Ukrainian unity were an organized rally to protest in support of Ukrainian Unity and against pro-Russian separatism and Russian support of separatist movements on 2 May 2014.

The rally (of over 2000 people) contained a large number of individuals of various allegiances - from democracy supporters that were former Maidan demonstrators to extreme-right members of the Right Sector to ordinary citizenry. The rally was further strengthened by unity supporters visiting Odessa for the Metalist Kharkiv - Odessa Chernomorets football game.
