SUMMARY

The Forces of Amanullah is an organised militia loyal to the Afghan warlord/politican of the same name. The militia has been employed in battle with other non-state groups to support the political goals of Amanullah in post-Taliban Afghanistan.

Amanullah is a relatively low-ranking Afghan politician, having been the ruler of the Kajran district in the Uruzgan province in south-central Afghanistan.

Not much is officially known about his background, or the strength of his militia, which has been employed against other non-state actors vying for power in the Uruzgan province.

The Forces of Amanullah have been involved in the non-state category of UCDP organised violence.
