SUMMARY

Lashkar of Zakakhel tribe is one of the many pro-government militias gathered by the local villagers who had enough of Islamic fundamentalist groups dictating them how to live their lives. Naturally, they are active in the Zakakhel area and sometimes join forces with other like-minded pro-government militias against the regional threat, Lashkar-e-Islam.

Lashkar of Zakakhel tribe has been active in the non-state category of UCDP organised violence.
