1991 Dyad Archive
Comment on Active: Many incidents occurred from July to mid-September with conventional means including gun battles, mortar attacks and sniping. Serbian nationalists carried out attacks on Croatian policemen on several occasions. A majority of the dead were armed personnel; however, on 27 July a civilian was killed, assumable by Serbian guerrilla fighters.
