Comment on Active: The reports that regarded the earliest clash included 210 regular Croat National Guard troops, 460 reservists and an unknown number of Chetnik troops and Serbs. However, there were no reports regarding the inclusion of the federal army. The minor clashes mainly caused the death of combatants.
