2011 Conflict Archive
Comment on Activity: Fighting between the FDC and FDLR broke out on 26 November 2011 and continued until the end of the year. Clashes were followed by burned villages and 75 000 new IDPs were reported connected to this outbreak of violence. The control of a number of villages in the Waloa Yungu and Waloa Uroba groupements changed a number of times.
