The threshold was reached in late August of that year, following attacks on civilians in Bangui and a larger attack on Bodora village in Ouham province in June.

Comment on Active: The anti-Balaka continued to attack civilians in 2015. Civilians suspected of supporting ex-Sélékas or other Muslim fighters were especially targeted, but unarmed Muslim herders and nomads, as well as Muslim refugees in the Batangafo IDP camp was attacked and killed.
