The Barriga gang was a gang involved with drug trafficking in the favelas of Paraguai, Sem terra and Vila Prudente in south-west São Paulo. “Barriga” is the nickname for the leader of the gang, Wilson Souza.
The Barriga gang has been involved in the non-state category of UCDP organized violence.
